Your NUA London jewellery is backed by a warranty against colour fading, tarnishing, and rust under normal wear. While our pieces are chosen for everyday life, a little care will help preserve their beauty for years to come.

Everyday Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it.
  • If needed, rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
  • Apply perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and beauty products before putting on your jewellery.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and household cleaning products.
  • Remove your jewellery before sleeping or high-impact activities to help minimise accidental damage.

Storage

When not being worn, store your jewellery separately to help prevent scratches, tangling, and unnecessary friction.

We recommend keeping pieces in their original pouch or a soft-lined jewellery box.

Water & Everyday Wear

Our jewellery is designed to be worn every day. Whether you’re washing your hands, caught in the rain, or wearing your pieces from morning to night, they’re made for everyday life.

After exposure to salt water, chlorine, soaps, or other chemicals, we recommend rinsing your jewellery with fresh water and gently drying it with a soft cloth to help maintain its shine.

As with all gold-plated jewellery, the small connecting joints and jump rings may naturally develop slight changes in colour over time. These areas experience the most movement and, due to their construction, cannot always receive the same level of plating as the rest of the piece. This is a normal characteristic of the craftsmanship and does not affect the durability, quality, or wearability of your jewellery.

Warranty & Exclusions

Your NUA London jewellery is covered by a warranty against colour fading, tarnishing, and rust under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Minor colour variation or natural wear on connecting joints and jump rings.
  • Jewellery that has been altered, resized, shortened, repaired, repainted, or otherwise modified by a third party. Any alteration immediately voids the warranty.
  • Scratches, dents, bent chains, broken clasps, or accidental damage resulting from normal wear and tear. While stainless steel and real gold plating are exceptionally durable, no jewellery is completely scratch-proof.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or exposure to harsh chemicals beyond normal everyday use.
