We currently ship across the United Kingdom and are working on expanding international shipping destinations.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes — eligible items may be returned within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Jewellery Care
How should I care for my jewellery?
To help preserve the finish and longevity of your pieces, we recommend:
- avoiding water, perfumes, and chemicals;
- storing jewellery in a cool, dry place; and
- gently wiping pieces after wear with a soft cloth.

We recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping to help maintain its finish over time.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
Like all jewellery worn regularly, natural wear may occur over time depending on care habits, environment, and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
Proper care will help extend the life and appearance of your pieces.

Will sold out items return?
Selected pieces may be restocked depending on demand. Follow us on Instagram or sign up to our mailing list for updates on restocks and new arrivals.
Are your product photos edited?
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
